ESSS O&G is pleased to highlight a productive week of technical engagement and hands-on collaboration at Origem Energia, where our team led an immersive field visit and a comprehensive training program focused on advancing well integrity monitoring through the ALFAtwin Integrity Proof of Concept (PoC).
The visit began on November 11 with a field immersion alongside Origem Energia’s Well Integrity team. The objective was to gain firsthand insight into the operational conditions and challenges of the wells currently being monitored in real time through ALFAtwin Integrity. This experience strengthens our predictive and analytical capabilities, ensuring that the system continues to meet the critical demands of well integrity management.
On November 12 and 13, Hariel Mendes conducted a full theoretical and practical training program for Douglas Albuquerque and Gabriela Gaia, totaling nearly 12 hours dedicated to enhancing the team’s understanding and use of our Smart Integrity Monitoring system.
The session explored the scientific and regulatory foundations behind the ALFAtwin Integrity digital twin solution, including:
The practical module focused on executing the full ALFAtwin Integrity workflow:

We extend our sincere thanks to Origem Energia, for this partnership and technical collaboration throughout the visit. Working closely with teams like Origem’s is fundamental to driving innovation, improving safety, and delivering advanced digital solutions that support reliable operations.
